We will send you a Power of Authority letter to sign so we can act on your behalf, as well as a checklist to help you complete your commercial documents.
Follow our checklist and return your commercial documents along with the signed Power of Authority letter to your Speedy branch.
We will review your information and ensure that nothing is missing.
When all the steps are complete, your customs documentation will be filed and sent back to you. We will speak to EU customs agents on your behalf.
Your completed and filed customs entries will be ready for your driver to collect with their confirmed dispatch.
You will need an EORI number to move goods between Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the EU. You may also need one if you move goods to or from Northern Ireland.
