A UK-based manufacturer supplying specialist components to the automotive and rail industries. The operations team coordinates multiple inbound and outbound deliveries daily, everything from standard pallets to oversized units requiring custom handling.

The Consignment
On a Thursday morning, a critical batch of moulded parts was due at the factory by 2:00pm for final assembly before dispatch to the client’s customer.
