The operations team runs lean. Each supervisor manages logistics for their assigned project, including scheduling deliveries, arranging vehicle access, and keeping installation teams on track. The Consignment
The job involved a series of bespoke steel fixtures needed for a commercial site in central Birmingham. Access was narrow, time on site was strictly limited to a one-hour morning slot, and the delivery had to be made directly to the upper level of a building undergoing phased renovation.
