Highly organised and people-focused, she plays a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly. Outside of work, Molly spends most of her time with her two children, five-year-old Arlo and three-year-old Orla, who keep her on her toes. When she gets a quiet moment, she enjoys watching the latest drama series.

Renae joined the Speedy Freight team in May 2025 as a Business Development Manager. She focuses on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and takes pride in supporting them with tailored logistics solutions to meet their individual business needs. With a proactive, people-focused approach, Renae is always on hand to help customers keep things moving smoothly. Outside of work, she’s passionate about the gym and her horses, spending as much time as possible at the stables caring for and riding them!
