Commenting on Francesca’s win, UKWA judges said: “The quality of entries for this year’s Awards was outstanding, particularly in the category for Young Employee of The Year. What impressed the judges was that Francesca had demonstrated drive and commitment to her role in warehousing, achieving industry qualifications while gaining a wide range of experiences, particularly in implementing a management system across her organisation and supporting the opening of two new warehouses.
“We noted that Francesca is a member of the Young Forwarders Network as well as being an Environmental Champion at Speedy Freight – two key focuses for UKWA. Francesca is a credit to Speedy Freight.
