The Excellence in Customer Service award is designed for businesses who can demonstrate excellence and achievement within the field of customer care and service. We recognise that our customers are the reason for our success in business. Our commitment to retaining the highest possible standards of service is our principal objective for customer care.
“In order to continue offering high standards, we have heavily invested in staff and infrastructure as well as increasing our office space with a move to The Greenlaw Works in Newton Mearns.
“One of our key aims for the year was for more than 99% of all deliveries to be within our customer’s expectations. This year, we have increased our team numbers to ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within 15 minutes of initial contact, any time of day or night.
“We have also placed importance in our customer retention and loyalty by tailoring our services to meet the needs of individual clients. We regularly touch base with any customers and maintain clear channels of communication between all employees and customers.”
